High Fitness

Things to expect in a HIGH Fitness class:

  • A sweaty blast

  • Nostalgic and fun music from all decades and genres that will motivate you to the max.

  • Simple and easy to follow fitness choreography.

  • Interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.

  • Take it HIGH or take it low! Options given for all levels of fitness.

  • An energetic, fun, inspiring and welcoming environment.

Lift & Flow

Lift & flow is a 70 minute class bringing strength and yoga together in one class format. This is not a yoga sculpt class. I have outlined each piece separately.

The first 35 minutes of class will be a full body strength building and toning, the second piece is yoga flowing and breathing ,and tapering into some slow deep holds. I have separated the two so we can solely focus on each with intent and purpose and not get lost in multitasking movements and losing some benefits to each.

This class is going to be simple and straightforward, but challenging and powerful. We will implement small hand weights and resistance bands in this class. There will be a few provided, but encourage you to bring your own. 2-8 lb weights and resistance bands.
